RPMI 1640, Sterile Filtered, 500 ml

RPMI 1640 is a widely used basal medium designed for culturing a variety of mammalian cells, especially hematopoietic and lymphoid cell lines. This formulation includes 25 mM HEPES buffer to provide enhanced pH stability during handling outside CO₂ incubators and stable glutamine, a more durable form of the amino acid that supports sustained cellular metabolism and protein synthesis. Sterile filtered to ensure high purity and consistent performance.
