Dulbecco's PBS, Sterile Filtered, without Calcium and Magnesium 500 ml

Dulbecco’s Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS) without calcium (Ca²⁺) and magnesium (Mg²⁺) is a balanced salt solution formulated to maintain physiological pH and osmotic balance during cell handling and processing. The absence of divalent cations prevents cell adhesion and aggregation, making this formulation ideal for cell dissociation procedures and washing steps prior to enzymatic treatments.

Applications:

• Washing cells before trypsinization or detachment
• Diluting cells or reagents in workflows where Ca²⁺/Mg²⁺ interference must be avoided
