(10X) Trypsin (2.5%) in PBS (1X), Sterile Filtered, 100 ml

This concentrated solution contains 2.5% trypsin (from porcine pancreas) in Dulbecco’s Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS), prepared as a 10X stock solution. It is designed for dilution prior to use and offers high enzymatic activity for efficient tissue dissociation and cell detachment. The solution is sterile filtered and tested for porcine parvovirus and mycoplasma to ensure safety and reliability in cell culture workflows.
