Trypsin-EDTA (0.25%-0.02%) in HBSS (1X), Sterile Filtered, 100 ml

This ready-to-use solution contains 0.25% trypsin and 0.02% EDTA in Hanks’ Balanced Salt Solution (HBSS), with phenol red as a pH indicator. Formulated with trypsin derived from porcine pancreas, it is ideal for cell detachment and tissue dissociation procedures. The solution is sterile filtered and tested for porcine parvovirus and mycoplasma to ensure safety for cell culture use.
