Trypsin-EDTA (0.05%-0.02%) in PBS (1X), Sterile Filtered, 100 ml

This ready-to-use solution contains 0.05% trypsin and 0.02% EDTA in Dulbecco’s Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS), formulated without phenol red. It provides gentle enzymatic activity ideal for detaching sensitive adherent cells. The trypsin is sourced from porcine pancreas. The solution is tested for porcine parvovirus and mycoplasma to ensure quality and biosafety.
