RPMI 1640, Powder, makes 50 L

RPMI 1640 is a widely used medium designed to support the growth of suspension and adherent mammalian cells, especially lymphoid and hematopoietic lines. This powder formulation excludes both L-glutamine and phenol red, making it ideal for applications that require controlled glutamine supplementation or are sensitive to pH indicators that may interfere with experimental readouts.
