RPMI 1640, Sterile Filtered, 500 ml

RPMI 1640 is a widely used basal medium designed for the cultivation of a variety of mammalian cells, especially hematopoietic and lymphoid cell lines. This formulation is supplied without L-glutamine and phenol red, allowing users to customize supplementation and avoid interference from pH indicator dyes in sensitive assays.
