DMEM / Ham's F-12, Sterile Filtered, 500 ml

DMEM / Ham’s F-12 is a widely used, nutrient-rich basal medium that combines the high glucose content and amino acid profile of Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) with the unique supplement blend of Ham’s F-12. This optimized formulation supports the growth of a wide variety of mammalian cell types, particularly in serum-reduced or serum-free culture systems. The inclusion of L-glutamine provides a stable nitrogen source, while 15 mM HEPES buffer maintains optimal pH in fluctuating CO₂ environments.
