Trypsin-EDTA (0.5%-0.2%) in PBS (10X), Sterile Filtered, 100 ml

This concentrated 10X solution contains 0.5% trypsin and 0.2% EDTA in Dulbecco’s Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS), formulated without phenol red. It is designed for dilution prior to use and provides strong enzymatic activity for effective cell dissociation. The trypsin is derived from porcine pancreas. The solution has been tested for porcine parvovirus and mycoplasma to ensure quality and biosafety.
