Ham's F-12, Sterile Filtered, 500 ml

Ham’s F-12 is a nutrient-rich cell culture medium developed to support the growth of a variety of mammalian cells in both serum-supplemented and serum-free conditions. It contains L-glutamine to promote protein synthesis and maintain cell viability. With its carefully balanced mix of amino acids, vitamins, trace elements, and glucose, Ham’s F-12 is especially suited for the culture of CHO cells and other fastidious cell types. The medium is sterile filtered to ensure high purity and consistency.
