Technical Sales Support Executive – Biological Products (m/f/d)
We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Support Executive to support our customers, sales activities, and order fulfilment processes for biological and chemical products.
The role involves preparing quotations, processing customer orders, coordinating product availability and shipments, and providing customers with technical and commercial product information. The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Logistics, Quality, Production, and Finance to ensure accurate and timely order execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and customer documentation.
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding biological and chemical products.
- Coordinate product availability, delivery schedules, and international shipments.
- Maintain accurate customer, product, pricing, and order information within the ERP system.
- Support the preparation of technical documents, certificates, and shipping documentation.
- Communicate with customers, distributors, logistics providers, and internal departments.
- Follow up on open quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer requests.
- Assist with resolving order, product, and logistics-related issues.
Your Profile
- Previous experience using an ERP platform such as SAP, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or an equivalent system.
- Experience in customer support, technical sales support, order fulfilment, or logistics.
- Familiarity with biological, life science, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or chemical products.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Good English skills; German or additional languages would be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in a technical, international, and customer-focused environment.
