Duties and responsibilities:
- Execute relevant SOPs for production, transport, labeling, packaging, and storing products.
- Adherence to Serana`s quality management system, working in a GMP environment, and required gowning.
- Aseptically dispense Sterile products according to SOPs.
- Monitor machine operations and inform the responsible specialists in the event of malfunctions.
- Perform maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of lab equipment.
- Assemble components and equipment according to SOPs.
- Regular control and monitoring (storing condition and inventory status) of chemicals and consumables in the Production area.
- Clean and maintain production rooms and equipment according to SOPs.
- Dispose of waste properly and according to SOPs.
- Compliance with the regulations of data, work, and accident protection, as well as environmental protection.
- If necessary, the employee can be assigned to other departments.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed degree as a biology/biotechnology (BTA, CTA) technician. A bachelor's degree is desirable.
- One year of work experience in GMP and clean room environment
- Previous experience with sterile and aseptic dispensing processes
- Good computer skills including MS Office and the ability to learn new software, systems and equipment
- Good German and basic English required
