Receive and unload materials
safely and verify quantity, packaging condition, visible damage, temperature
evidence, and supporting documentation.
Record approved receipt
transactions and place materials in the assigned receipt, quarantine, released,
rejected, chilled, frozen, or ambient location.
Apply location, lot, package,
expiry, and status labels accurately.
Report discrepancies before
material is used, mixed, relabelled, or moved outside the approved process.
Inventory and stock control
Perform stock movements, cycle
counts, recounts, location checks, and expiry checks accurately in Odoo and
physically.
Assist with variance
investigation by checking transaction history, documents, locations, lots,
packages, and physical stock.
Apply FEFO and maintain clean,
segregated, and traceable storage.
Monitor packaging and routine
warehouse supplies and report replenishment needs.
Order picking and verification
Pick authorised orders and
verify product code, description, lot, package, expiry, quantity, label, and
customer instruction.
Use required scanning and
second-person verification controls.
Identify unclear or conflicting
instructions and stop work until clarification is obtained.
Record the selected lots and
packages accurately in Odoo and associated documentation.
Packing and dispatch preparation
Pack ambient, chilled, frozen,
dry-ice, and other controlled shipments according to approved instructions and
training.
Apply product, package,
customer, carrier, and regulatory labels accurately.
Record weight, dimensions,
dry-ice quantity, logger details, package count, photographs, and other
required evidence.
Stage completed shipments
correctly and support controlled carrier handover.
Operational support and backup
Provide operational backup for
standard receiving, counting, picking, packing, and dispatch coordination when
the Warehouse & Inventory Lead is absent.
Support training of the
Operator on tasks for which the Specialist is documented as competent.
Assist the Senior Coordinator
with physical shipment information, measurements, photographs, and carrier
collection preparation.
Propose practical process or
layout improvements and participate in corrective actions.
