Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and Directors
  • Manage scheduling, planning, and coordinating meetings and events
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Ensure smooth operation of the office on a day-to-day basis
  • Assisting Directors in recruiting, interviewing, and employment contract administration
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing both electronically and on paper
  • Assist in special projects as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Management Assistant' should have:

  • A degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven experience in an Management Assistant role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Fluent in German and English
