Job Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and Directors
- Manage scheduling, planning, and coordinating meetings and events
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
- Ensure smooth operation of the office on a day-to-day basis
- Assisting Directors in recruiting, interviewing, and employment contract administration
- Maintaining accurate records and filing both electronically and on paper
- Assist in special projects as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Management Assistant' should have:
- A degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience in an Management Assistant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Fluent in German and English
